Lenten Fasting

Fast Days                    Ash Wednesday and Good Friday                                                                                                                     One full meal, two light meals; no eating between meals.   Ages 18-60

Days of Abstinence     Ash Wednesday and all Fridays in Lent      No meat for those over age 14
